Why does NT never work?

MegaMan NT Warrior (MegaMan Network Transmission Warrior), or Rockman EXE (ロックマンエグゼ Rokkuman Eguze) in the Japanese version, is an anime and manga series based on the MegaMan Battle Network series of video games. Despite the common ground, the game, anime, and manga versions of the Battle Network series all diverge heavily from each other.
