What tests are used to evaluate project management planning software?

Now the scope and the phasing as a whole have been looked at it is time to take a closer look to the individual phases and explain what phase is intended for what purpose. Also some activities and techniques will be elaborated on per phase. The first phase is the Planning and Control phase. It starts in the specification stage of a software development project. It is the most important phase. In this early phase difficult aspects of the testing process have to be anticipated such as the assigning of personnel and resources and the planning of certain tests in relation to milestones of the software project.
