How to buy a wireless phone?

Early in 2006, Verizon announced their intent to buy-out the remaining 45% of Stock of Verizon Wireless from The Vodafone Group. On August 1, 2006, Vodafone affirmed that it in fact has no intention of giving up its stake in Verizon Wireless.
