The episodes are streamed over an AOL server (note that AOL, like Turner Broadcasting, which owns Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, is a unit of Time Warner). The fix is also available to UK viewers through adultswim.co.uk this however is ran by Turner Broadcasting not by NTL/Flextech who broadcast the TV block.
