Cannot install office 97?

While Office Picture Manager replaced Photo Editor, it lacks several features that the Photo Editor was very useful for. Microsoft has published instructions on how to reinstall the Photo Editor. Historically, a similar situation occurred when Microsoft Imager was replaced with Photo Editor when upgrading to Office 97 from Office 95.
